- 70 to 90 - 3-1/4 to 3-3/4
- 90 to 110 - 3-3/4 to 4-1/4
- 110 to 130 - 4-1/4 to 4-3/4
- 130 to 150 - 4-3/4 to 5-1/4
- Over 150 - 5-1/4 + 1/2 cup for each additional 10 lbs. over 150 lbs.
